posted on : April 16, 2020

As of 15 April, Bali now records a total of 98 confirmed positive cases, 23 recovered patients and 2 deaths. It is apparent that Bali, like the rest of te world, did not have a free pass from the dangerous pandemic and so the government is doing its best to try to contain and help stop the virus from spreading and affecting more people. As a resident of Bali, it is important to know what to do if you think you might be suffering from the deadly infection; this article will help you with just that.

If you are showing COVID-19 symptoms such as, but not limited to, bad cough, runny nose, diarrhea and difficulty in breathing, the first best thing to do is to self-isolate and contact the emergency hotline designated to handle such a case relating to Covid-19 in Bali. The response team will come to you for a general health check and decide whether your case needs to hospitalization or not.

Note that the swab or rapid tests performed in the hospitals are currently only given to people who have symptoms, people who have made contact with positive Covid-19 patients, and people who have been traveling to infected countries.
