How to Participate

To register for this auction, you will need to complete the following five steps:

1. Provide valid government ID
2. Complete and sign the Universal Bidder Terms and Conditions form
3. Complete and sign the Starting Bid and Agent Registration form as well as the Escrow Agreement. The Starting Bid incentive is equal to 6% of your starting bid. Bidders must register prior to auction start date in order to be eligible for Starting Bid Incentive.
4. Provide a bank letter or bank statement as your Proof of Funds.
5. Wire the $100,000 USD bidder deposit, which is held in a 3rd party escrow account. This bidder deposit is refunded within 2-3 business days if you’re not the winning bidder. Instructions for providing the bidder deposit are found on the second page of the Starting Bid and Agent Registration form.

Auction Details

• Auction will be live August 5PM EST 23rd – 29th. (5AM GMT 24th – 30th)
• Deadline to register is August 5PM EST 22nd (5AM GMT 23rd)
• Once you are fully registered, you will receive an email welcoming you to the auction from the client services team.
• You will be able to bid online via https://www.conciergeauctions.com/ or our mobile app.
• Throughout the auction period, you will be able to see the current high bid, the bidding increment, the current ask, and the history of bids on the property website. Please note that all bidders are anonymous.
• During the last 30 minutes of the auction, you will be invited to bid with a dedicated telephone bidding assistant. You will be invited to this call by email on the last day of the auction. Your dedicated bidding assistant will be on a closed telephone line with you and anyone you invite to the call.
• A 12% Buyer’s Premium is added to the final winning bid.

💡 If you are the high bidder, Concierge offers a Starting Bid Incentive, a credit to reduce the Buyer’s Premium by 50% related to the Starting Bid Amount, encouraging buyers to submit a starting bid prior to the start of the auction. All Starting Bids are binding and subject to being received by the deadline.

Post-Auction Process

• Once bidding closes, your telephone bidding assistant will inform you if you are the winning bidder. You will also be able to see this online.
• If you are not the winning bidder, your bidder deposit will be returned within 2-3 business days.
• If you are the winning bidder, you will be required to complete the following steps:
  1. Sign and return the agreement of purchase and sale within 1 business day.
  2. Provide a deposit equal to 12% of your final winning bid within 2 business days.
  3. Provide the remaining funds by the closing date as outlined in the agreement of
  4. purchase and sale. Please note that if you are receiving an opening bid incentive, this will be applied as a credit against the purchase price at closing.
