The villa concept is specially designed for living on the island, suitable for families or individuals who prefer an enclosed living area and rooms accessible from within the house.  The 3-bedroom home is built on a total of 230 square meters and will be delivered fully furnished with a complete set of furniture made of teak wood, such as beds, tables, chairs, built-in cabinets, and a teak kitchen set with beautiful granite stone. The roof will have Kodok-quality tiles supported by a strong aluminum framework. The 8x3m pool with green tiles will be surrounded by a spacious wooden pool deck made of bengkirai wood. Throughout the villa, the sanitary ware and equipment will be by the Toto brand, such as the toilets, sinks, faucets, shower and mixer, electric water heater, oven, stove etc.

The villa will be handed over fully furnished, and ready to move in on day one. The furniture list includes main beds, mattresses, bedside tables, couch, dining table, chairs, sunbeds, wardrobes, curtains, AC’s, lamps and some villa decorations.

The project doesn’t include the land price. The ideal land size is 500 square meters of a flat plot of ground, open for a bit of layout modification depending on the size and shape of the land.

The building period is set for 12 months and offers interesting payment terms, such as:

– Holding deposit: 10%
– 1st payment: 15%
– 2nd payment: 25%
– 3rd payment: 25%
– 4th payment: 20%
– 5th payment: 5% – warranty payment 3 months after completion
